You should find that the shared libraries in `%{buildroot}` at the end of `%install` are “not stripped,” but then the debugging symbols are extracted to the `-debuginfo` package, so the shared libraries from the *actual RPM* are “stripped.” Does that make sense? I’ll take another look at this review request as soon as I have time.
