They aren't likely to make tarballs. Most upstreams on forges these days rely
on the forge automatically generating tarballs for tags.

And this above is basically the snapshot tarball Codeberg generates for you.

When a version is tagged, you would get to update it to:
"%{url}/archive/%{version}.tar.gz#/%{name}-%{version}.tar.gz" (or something
like that depending on how the tag is structured).
