MUST items

1. The structure of the project indicates that the file specified applies to
all included upstream code, and the license specified is allowed by Fedora.
2. No python module package owns /usr/lib/python3.15/ or site-packages, those
are owned by python3-libs.
3. Upstream doesn't ship a man page.

SHOULD items

1. The word "linter" is not, in fact, misspelled in the spec in the summary. 
The spelling complaint is because the dictionary in use doesn't include the
word "linter"
2. See #1.
3. I have updated the spec and srpm to include the LICENSE and README.md files,
the only documentation upstream provides.
