Hi Fabio, After further consideration, I've decided to withdraw this review request. The current unified spec file successfully builds tuned-rs across EPEL 9/10, Fedora Rawhide, and RHEL 9/10 in my upstream Copr repository. Breaking that compatibility to satisfy Fedora-specific macro pedantry, and manually unpacking the dependency tree to satisfy the vendoring guidelines, requires a level of bureaucratic overhead that I am simply not interested in maintaining. The software works beautifully as-is and is already seeing strong organic adoption. I will continue to maintain and distribute tuned-rs independently for the community via my multi-distro Copr repository and Arch repositories.
