Hi everyone, my new goal is to make PacketFence compatible with shibboleth (SAML 2.0)
So, I found some stuff to do that, but I don't know what is the most "integrate" solution : -SimpleSAMLPHP : I think, I need to create "conf/authentication/shibboleth.pm" + a php file, to connect to the WAYF/IdP server -Apache2::AuthAny+Shibboleth : It's Perl, but I need to modifie virtualhost, and it seem not so easy. I read here : https://www.terena.org/mail-archives/mobility/msg03578.html that a Netherlands company integrate SimpleSAMLphp in PacketFence. I think I understand how i must proceed : 1 - create in "conf/authentication" a Shibboleth.pm and in pf.conf, select "Shibboleth" to auth var ; 2 - modify register.cgi to allow redirection to WAYF/IdP, and IPtables 3 - modify the captive portal, because users can't enter their login/pass directly ; 4 - Other stuff that I cannot understand now... If can just give me a line to understand how can I make it works.
