In the web admin gui we can currently search on only one criterion.  However 
this leads to searches that are much too broad in their scope that return many, 
many items.

If we had the ability to refine the search with multiple search criteria we 
could make much less intensive searches on the database and increase the speed 
and performance of the searches .... Right?

For example:

Currently if I want to search for all the registered users on a specific 
switch/building  I must choose which term I want to search on and then visually 
ferret out the unwanted information that is returned.

With a search tool that allows us to specify multiple search terms, we could 
get exactly the info we are looking for and execute a much lighter query on the 
database.
