First time I hear about such a problem.

Do you do anything fancy with files in /usr/local/pf/var/ or in /tmp/
where we store the sessions?

Do you do load balancing? Hitting a server where there's no session info
from time to time.

If it is easily repeatable you can give us access to your server and we
can try to troubleshoot. This won't be free of course.

Have a good one!
