The list on our website represents the switch we tested in Lab and in deployments. It is quite possible that your 5406 is already supported using an actual HP module (ie. HP::Procurve_2500). Maybe you could try that first. Like I said, you can try with an existing module. If it's not working, you always have the possibility to sponsor the development of the new module by Inverse or try to build it by yourself and contribute it to us so we can have the community benefits that work.
