Are you using the ZEN image? If you do, you should read the ZEN administration guide again (page 10 about 802.1X).
If you don't, why are you looking at the ZEN administration guide? For 802.1X flat file user, look in /etc/raddb/users For your DHCP, normally PF will be the DHCP for the registration and isolation. For your production network, you should use your own DHCP server. You can also search the mailing list archives about that question, it is not the first time we have it.
