Bonjour Philippe,

Suggestion for your fixed IP : Set the Mac Address in your dhcpd.conf to 
force a specific IP address each time this computer will request an IP 
and/or flip from the registration to the regular vlan...

Regarding your Zen issue: re-validate your vlan configuration in vmware: 
this is what happening when your windows is doing some request to the 
isolation while you're still in the regular vlan...
