Hi Jake,

Yes, you can run PF with MySQL and Radius on one server in a kind of 
master/slave type of redundancy scenario...

Also, keep an eyes on your hardware stats while you will run everything 
on one server. ( top, iostat, vmstat ) if your primary server generate a 
lot's of iowait or start to use some swap, raise the ram !
