Hi Jake...

For Radius - yes, no problem if all your users are located on another 
centralize repository and you use radius to authenticate them against 
this one... ( aka: radius to AD for example )

For MySQL - not recommended since you will need to dedicate two or more 
servers for that kind of master/master scenario...

SNMP : not recommended : simply because you don't want to receive one 
snmp trap in two different location for the same event ( example: cisco 
switches can send more than 10 traps just for one event...  )

DHCP : not recommended... have you ever successfully load balance some 
dhcp requests ? not me !!

http for admin console/registration/isolation: not recommended since 
apache his hooked with the PF process... ( example: for monitoring / 
process status page )

so really, the best solution with PF is to dedicate 2 servers in a 
master / slave type of redundancy scenario... and basically, 2 dedicated 
servers with mysql/pf and all the others process can handles a lot's of 
users ! ( 10k users and much more depending on HD/io and ram / cpu )
