Here's the story of this bug:
In large environments we start getting errors like these. However, the
database layer copes with it by automatically reconnecting and
re-querying (if needed) so there's no real impact aside from lots of
error messages in the logs.

The engineer in me want this fixed because there's definitely something
wrong (losing track of db handles, threading, ...?) however since it
works fine no one's willing to fund the time fixing this and unfunded
development to fix an issue that's not causing real problems (and that
will be hard to track) is not a priority right now. I'm saddened to say
that but it's business reality, we are giving our software for free
after all..

There are setups out-there with error like these every minute and they
don't have issues because the db layer copes with it. So, if you are
willing to fund a fix or fix it yourself we will be very interested!
Otherwise we'll look at it whenever we have time.
