Please have a look at this:
http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/158671-replacing-our-cisco-switches
Quoted from George1421 :
"We've even integrated the SG300 series with PacketFence for NAC access.
Acually with packetfence we auto assign the clients to vlans (based on their
mac address) so we don't need to mess with vlans on the switch anymore."
So something seems to work with packetfence and this cheap Cisco Switches...

This switch does support dynamic vlan asignment, please it will be good the
price in order to sponsor the switch type, and also what facilities are needed
for that purpose.

Hi,
This is a small business switch. 802.1X is likely not to work, the switch will
probably not send the proper RADIUS attributes (as seen with SFE2000), and it
does not support dynamic vlan assignments. If you can send the RADIUS debug
output it would be great. For port-security, I don't know, we did not try it.
If you are willing to sponsor for the switch support, we can look at it more.
Otherwise, your best bet is probably using the Inline mode.
