Hi all,
I've noticed recently that PacketFence isn't populating the OS Class field like
it used to. Is the information for this field taken from having the PF server
as the last ip helper address of the production vlans? My packetfence servers
are always the last ip helper entry for each vlan, apart from the wireless
network, which only allows me to enter two IP addresses for the helper address
through the web gui.
The helper addresses are always
DHCPserver1
DHCPserver2
PFserver1
PFserver2
The prod DHCP servers have a split scope for resilience, the secondary PF
server is a cold standby in case the first fails, in which case we just start
the services on the secondary.
