Yes.  The OS Class is defined by the DHCP fingerprint, so derived from 
the dhcp packets forwarded by the helper.  We separated the fingerprints 
into classes (ie. Class 3 (VoIP) -> Fingerprints from 300 to 399) for 
easier management.
