Problem with Francois' answer is that it is temporary. As soon as you
perform changes with pfcmd (setuid root), ownership will switch back to
root and you'll have to change it back again in order to go in soh
config. This is covered in ticket: #960: pfcmd changes the config files
ownership when called at command line.
