Can you tell me if you see lines like these in your logs/packetfence.log file? WARN: Unknown NAS-Port format. ifIndex translation could have failed. VLAN re-assignment and switch/port accounting will be affected. Oh and I just pushed a new 2960G module which does exactly the same thing as the 3560G one.
