Oliver, 

On my WLC's version 6.0.202 it is enabled by default.
But if the user is using WCS to manage controllers then it is a check box to 
enable otherwise it is off. Either way if you don't enabled it, you will be 
scratching your head why it doesn't work, so it is best to verify it is ON.

I was thinking this was enabled by default on the WLCs.

Anyway, I will probably commit this change tomorrow in our Network guide
