You did import the VM using the ovf right?  It's quite weird it did 
import as eth3.

To fix you can either:
- Specify the proper HWADDR in the ifcfg-eth0 file (in 
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts) (preferred)
- Move the ifcfg-eth0 to ifcfg-eth3, and edit the content appropriately
- Slap udev (check in /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules).  You 
will see your mac associated with eth3 there.
