Can you provide the full configs? This will help us not only look for errors,
but get an idea of what is happening when you say "I can however ping my 10.2
gateway and my 10.100 gateway".
A quick n dirty way to do this would be:
head -n 100 /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-* > output.txt
(simply because the head command makes a nice little header with the filename
for each matching file -n 100 provides more than enough lines to get the full
content of each config file.)
Also the output from the ifconfig command after running "service network start"
may be useful.

After we do the initial install of packetfence and setup the product lets us
configure and install. Then the next morning we come in we try to connect to
web interface just times out. We have to reboot the server just to connect
back to web interface. It's the same situation everyday. Now just recently
that's not working.

The only thing I've run into that may explain it is some iptables rules that
lock access down to the management network.
If anyone could give me any feed back or suggestions I would be ever so
