Thanks for the answer. it is fulfilling my purpose. But if i want to delete nodes. Why openlog entry remain left in database. Which trap is needed to automatically remove the openlocation log entry so that i can easily remove node. while deleting node i get following error in packetfence log pfcmd(22545) WARN: [ mac ] has an open locationlog entry. Node deletion prohibited (pf::node::node_delete) pfcmd(22545) FATAL: Cannot delete this node since there are some records in locationlog table indicating that this node might still be connected and active on the network (pfcmd line 2004.) (main::command_param However device was actually not connected to AP at that time. if i switch my laptop from that AP to another AP then following log appears Info doWeActOnThisTrap returns false. Stop dot11Deauthentication handling (main::handleTrap) what could be the problem? It will have the same effect.
