HI,
If I've well understood you have a hypervisor whit 2 NICs and you want
to run both Nac and FW on it.
First of all want kind of hypervisor are you using? Vmware? MS Hyper-V ?
In out of band mode you can be ok, If you put one NIC of host on a
management VLAN and the other on a trunk connection.
