Hello Loick,
We are using VMware ESXi.
But if we gonna need one NIC in Trunk mode and the another on a Management VLAN
we should need another one from the WAN, no?
Thanks in advance,

HI,
If I've well understood you have a hypervisor whit 2 NICs and you want to run
both Nac and FW on it.
First of all want kind of hypervisor are you using? Vmware? MS Hyper-V ?
In out of band mode you can be ok, If you put one NIC of host on a management
VLAN and the other on a trunk connection.
regards,
Loick

Sorry for replying my own thread, but no one have any idea? I really want to
know how many network interfaces will be needed.
Thanks in advance,

Hello dudes,
I'm considering this approach and would like to know if someone already done
this.
Our machine have two Intel Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. I don't know if this is
sufficient but since the router/firewall and the NAC will be in the same host,
on the same virtualiser, perhaps using virtual interfaces between then would be
a good idea or not?
Another question is: considering the out-of-band deployment, how many physical
network interfaces will be necessary.
I'm really a novice in all this PacketFence thing, but the product seems to be
really awesome and I really want to give a try.
Thanks in advance,
