from the service i try to stop in the postinst.
It will be fixed."
Since then, I have moved over to CentOS 6.4 and successfully got
Packetfence installed. I would suggest giving that a try and see
if it works for you until a fix is released.

I use an fresh install of Ubuntu (x32).
I unfortunately found any information about it :(
