Hello
The first time, without any packetfence configuration, the admin
interface (configurator and admin gui) will listen on 0.0.0.0:1443.
So you are able to connect from everywhere on any ip interfaces.
So look if there are any iptables rules (iptables -L -n -v), and if yes
then stop ipables (service iptables stop).
