Hello, in fact the problem was the pid file in packetfence 4.0.1, you can apply this patch: https://github.com/inverse-inc/packetfence/commit/6669e734a6efb4a08f003e21097daa4edcc044cb#lib/pf/services.pm or wait for the incoming packetfence 4.0.2.
