If you configure the system manually, you need to add a file to the
system to indicate that configuration is complete.  Just create this file :

echo "PacketFence 4.0.2" > /usr/local/pf/conf/currently-at

That indicates what version of PF you're running and tells the system
that it should send you to the admin console and not the configurator.
