Your question is too vague.

What are your auth sources?  AD, RADIUS, Flatfile?

What do the logs in PF say when you try to authenticate?

What troubleshooting have you done?

Please understand, I mean no disrespect, but this list is manned by 99.9% 
volunteers.  We can help, but the nature of lists like these is that you need 
to post ALL of the info you have on a problem.  Logs, troubleshooting 
performed, etc.  That way we are not redoing work you have already done.

If you want to simply be able to talk to someone and have them solve the 
problem professional support is always available.  Inverse is top notch and can 
just about do miracles.
