But we fixed it.
It seems that there is not a clear path to migrate from 3.6.x to 4.0.x,
even taking care of all steps.

So we just went down and did a fresh install, and re-registered all nodes,
switches and networks; and now everything is working.

The only thing, that may be a bug, is that when you change the role of a
node it does not evaluate again the VLAN assignment, as it did in 3.6.1.
You must change its status, change the role, and return to its original
status, so it can correctly set up the VLAN on the device's port in the
switch.
