Running FreeRADIUS in debug mode will remove the "multithreading" support which is almost all of the time the cause of the crash (not that multithreading is buggy in FreeRADIUS but it is contributing to crashing). That can certainly help you but that may also "prevent" your FreeRADIUS from crashing.
