If you want to create multiple guest accounts there is option for that as well.

It will create multiple guests like guest1, guest2 etc..

The easiest way that I know to handle this requirement is to integrate with 
Active Directory. Declare each security group you want to control as a source 
in the Users list. Then you can manage them together with separate roles.

Thx for your answer but may be I was not clear enough in my post, I don't want 
to create user, I already know how to do it.
I don't want to manage them 1 by 1, but manage several users at once for 
instance, delete several accounts at once, declare violation for a group etc..
