Have you marked your user has a sponsor in the action tab ?
Btw why don´t you use your directory as a source of authentication to
check if the user is a sponsor ?

I use packetfence 4.0.6-2 and I have some troubles with sponsoring.
Sponsorship was fonctionnal a few days ago.
Since then I have made a script to fetch users infos from our
directories to fill the person table.
Now if a user with the mail attribute complete is used as a sponsor
the guest see a message saying that this address can't be use as
sponsor.
In the logs (debug mode) I have the message : No source matches action
mark_as_sponsor.
If I erase the mail attribute of the user, sponsoring work again.
Do I have made some error in my configuration or did I misunderstood
something
