I decided to give the HA a try and found that heartbeat has been replaced
by pacemaker/corosync.

I also found out that cent 6.5 does not have crm. so i had to figure out
how to get that too.

In the end, I got it all working. DRBD, pacemaker, corosync, crmsh.

I took an image of my boxes and started into packetfence.

I was not sure if I should have installed packetfence first, then tried to
HA on two boxes, or stand up the HA then try to install packetfence.

I found that I could not get the virtual IP registered cleanly with PF. So
i slicked it all and started over again.

This time I wanted to make sure the new built, 4.1.0 would work on its own
with my brocades. Which it did.

So I am debating if I should give HA a try again. But decided to ask if
anyone had some better documentation on the procedures for packetfence
specifically.

I have a running 4.1.0 PF dishing out vlans to brocade. I set aside a slice
on my disk for a drbd. I have eth0 with vlans and aliases. eth0.5 and
eth5:1 each have IP's. eth0.2, eth0.3, eth0.4 for regis, isolation, and mac
detection.

But I am still unsure if I drop the IP's from the interfaces and let
pacemaker bring up the virtual IP's. I had this problem wiht the pf.conf
file and knowing what eth to put in to the pf.conf for the pacemaker
floating IP. I will try eth1 for corosync/drbd between the boxes because
that was also a problem losing communications bewteen the two boxes and
nothing would resync again.

If anyone has instructions, please let me know.
