Hello Jeremy,

Verify that your SSID is well send to PacketFence.
You can run under pf user : radiusd -d /usr/local/pf/raddb -X, look at the 
called-id-station or the calling-id-station attributes
to see if there is your SSID added to the mac address. I could be in another 
special attribute.
You can also grep in packetfence.log if you find anything like "can't extract 
SSID" (or something like that).

What kind of WiFI equipment are you running?
