I find many other fingerprints on the pfdhcplistener.log file ie dell and mac
but no nortel or avaya.

If you don't have any unknown fingerprints to share it means that your phone
are stored under an existing category.
You can verify under what category a MAC was stored by running.
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd lookup node YOUR_MAC_HERE
