I am new too both AeroHive/PacketFence and attempting to get it setup. We have
the ZEN deployment and a cloud managed AeroHive deployment. We are attempting
to use 802.1x authentication. I have followed the network setup guide to get
the AeroHive portion setup. What configuration do I need to do on the
PacketFence side to get this working? I attempted to add a switch but am not
sure what settings the wireless access points need. When trying to login we
get the login prompt for username and password then it gives a not verified
certificate and requires an accept. Once clicked it says incorrect Username
and password. The user is setup as a local user on the PacketFence server and
the username and password are definitely correct. The radius log shows the
following error:

Do i need SNMP CLI or Web Services? Currently I have nothing setup in any of
them. Any help would be appreciated. I have looked through both the admin
guide, zen guide, network device guide and searched the mailing list archives
and haven't been able to find an answer. I am new to both of these
technologies so I may be missing something completely obvious.
