Hi everybody!
I was searching a lot for the right software to do some network control and
bandwidth limit, until I found PaketFence. My network set up is really
simple, and as I understand the only thing that should I do is to configure
packetfence in Inline enforcement with inline layer 3.
The thing is that after many tests, I never saw any traffic nor any device
registered. so I couldn't get any accounting data for them.
Is inline layer3 the correct way to configure that, or I'm misunderstanding
something important?
My network topology is something like this:
