Most of the time, this is resulting of a node being registered without a role…
in that exact case, PacketFence is not able to find what is the max nodes per
user and fallback to “exceeded”.
You are right about the 0… this is unlimited.

Have a look at the packet fence.log file. Grep for “No role specified or found
for pid”
