Looking at the logs, this appears every time a new node is added to the database:
Jan 20 10:16:00 httpd.webservices(30442) INFO: loading Net::MAC::Vendor cache from /usr/local/pf/conf/oui.txt (pf::util::load_oui) The oui.txt file has pf.pf on its permissions.
