I definitely never ran any upgrade scripts. That seems to be somewhat a
caveat - I mean, it is standard practice to run your updates routinely, and
here it seems in case of PacketFence there is a manual part to it which a
sysadmin would not normally expect.
At any rate, let me see if I can run it - and thanks again for your expert
advice:)
