Then there is no single command to do it.

You can edit the config files by hand and then either restart PF or call pfcmd 
configreload.
You can change node status with 
# pfcmd edit node MAC status={ reg | unreg }

You can restart all of PF services with service packetfence restart, or restart 
individual services with 
# pfcmd service $SERVICE restart 

You can poke inside the database and change things (at your own risk…).
