yes I managed to find it though I need to change the engine type as its an
active-active mysql cluster.

for the tables you can check in db directory ( pf-schema-4.7.0.sql) and for the
permissions:
GRANT SELECT,INSERT,UPDATE,DELETE,EXECUTE,LOCK TABLES ON $db.* TO ?\@${host}
IDENTIFIED BY ?;
GRANT DROP ON $db.radius_nas TO ?\@${host} IDENTIFIED BY ?;
