I also get the following message in my httpd.admin.log:

Apr 17 12:38:11 httpd.admin(10794) ERROR: Database issue: We tried 3 times
to serve query temporary_password_validate_password_sql called from
pf::temporary_password::validate_password and we failed. Is the database
running? (pf::db::db_query_execute)

My pf database does not contain a table named temporary_password

Wonder what I need to do to fix this conundrum.

Cheers,

Boris.
