Hi, We have enabled radius accounting on our procurve 5400, and tcpdump tells me that we are actually receiving accounting info:
> IP 192.x.y.23.1813 > 192.87.143.248.1813: RADIUS, Accounting Response (5), > id: 0x13 length: 35 > IP 192.x.y.248.1813 > 192.87.143.23.1813: RADIUS, Accounting Request (4), id: > 0x14 length: 165 > IP 192.x.y.23.1813 > 192.87.143.248.1813: RADIUS, Accounting Response (5), > id: 0x14 length: 35 > IP 192.x.y.248.1813 > 192.87.143.23.1813: RADIUS, Accounting Request (4), id: > 0x15 length: 165 > IP 192.x.y.23.1813 > 192.87.143.248.1813: RADIUS, Accounting Response (5), > id: 0x15 length: 35 There seems to be a lot of info in the mysql database as well: > mysql> select > callingstationid,acctinputoctets,acctoutputoctets,acctstarttime from radacct; > +------------------+---------------------+---------------------+---------------------+ > | callingstationid | acctinputoctets | acctoutputoctets | > acctstarttime | > +------------------+---------------------+---------------------+---------------------+ > | 192.x.y.52 | 0 | 0 | 2015-06-17 > 21:52:45 | > | 192.x.y.52 | 0 | 0 | 2015-06-17 > 22:11:56 | > | 192.x.y.52 | 0 | 0 | 2015-06-17 > 22:26:44 | > | 192.x.y.52 | 0 | 0 | 2015-06-18 > 10:50:17 | > | 2C41388FF13A | 96965 | 171853 | 2015-07-08 > 19:40:19 | > | 2C41388FF13A | 4871797 | 52797936 | 2015-07-08 > 19:43:04 | > | 2C41388FF13A | 153717 | 147708 | 2015-07-08 > 21:29:44 | > | 2C41388FF13A | 386720 | 398959 | 2015-07-08 > 21:30:19 | > | 2C41388FF13A | 904452 | 2036300 | 2015-07-08 > 21:32:56 | > | 2C41388FF13A | 1044221 | 22217697 | 2015-07-08 > 21:34:59 | > | 2C41388FF13A | 215223 | 295488 | 2015-07-08 > 21:37:13 | > | 2C41388FF13A | 6376685 | 23973805 | 2015-07-08 > 21:40:56 | > | 3C970E2F14F8 | 12740 | 21022 | 2015-07-14 > 21:45:40 | > | 3C970E2F14F8 | 39345 | 66388 | 2015-07-14 > 21:46:14 | > | 3C970E2F14F8 | 2437148 | 5777283 | 2015-07-14 > 21:47:09 | > | 2C41388FF13A | 1817 | 1982 | 2015-07-14 > 22:34:01 | > | 2C41388FF13A | 224385 | 288836 | 2015-07-14 > 22:34:01 | etc etc But, in the gui, "reports", "Top 25" gives: Error! Can't fetch data from database for report nodebandwidth. And in the gui, "reports", "per operating system" gives: Error! Can't fetch data from database for report osclassbandwidth. Searching the list archives tells me that someone asked a similar question a while ago, but never received a reply, alas. Hoping that someone will reply this time... This is on pf 3.5.1 on debian wheezy. Ideas, anyone? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ PacketFence-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/packetfence-users
