Is that call failing for all devices? 
It’s possible that you have some devices for which we don’t have a fingerprint 
in the database.

It should still succeed for all of those for which we do have a known 
fingerprint.

Do you have devices in the database for which the ‘device_type’ or 
‘device_class’ columns are defined in the node table of the database?
