Not really.
It means we did not get an “exact” match in the local db, so we query the API
for which you have a key.
That’s what this means:
"Upstream is configured and unable to fullfil an exact match locally. Will
ignore result from local database."
I suggest you turn on the log level to DEBUG in
/usr/local/fingerbank/conf/log.conf.
Change
log4perl.rootLogger= INFO, FINGERBANK
to
log4perl.rootLogger= DEBUG, FINGERBANK
