Could you run these two commands then?
# rpm -q python-django
# yum whatprovides /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/django
Your logs complain about line 18 (which does not exist for me) in
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/django/__init__.py and
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/django/apps/registry.py, which is not present
on my installation.
