On this occasion I would like to inquire about the reporting system, to see if
you can guide me with a problem I have not solved.
We have made the implementation of the ZEN image PF, riding a two-node cluster.
To this solution we set up a testing environment, and then we set up the
production environment. In both environments we could never deploy a report. We
always get an error in the GUI: "Error An Error has occured condition See
server side logs for details!.."
In reviewing the logs, it was detected for any report option, the following
error:
httpd.admin (4640) ERROR: Caught exception in pfappserver :: Controller ::
Graph-> os "Invalid locale name or id: i_default" (pfappserver PacketFence ::
:: Controller :: Root :: end)
We investigated on the list and in the documentation, but we have not been able
to find much information on this subject.
The only change to the setup of the servers we have done is change the area for
setting schedule. For this we have changed the / etc / localtime by one with
the same time zone in our region, which corresponds to -4 file. I do not know
if it will be this that could be affecting the operation of the reporting
module.
I wonder if anyone else has had problems with this function and what they could
find about it.
