Hi Alessandro,
pfqueue now logs in the main log file, packetfence.log.
So you can always grep for it in that file:
# grep pfqueue /usr/local/pf/logs/pfqueue.log
Or look for it by unit in the journal:
# journalctl -u packetfence-pfqueue
